General Terms & Conditions
You must be logged into your account to earn points on your order
You will earn 1000 bonus points by creating an account. No more than 5000 points will be awarded for setting up multiple accounts with the same email address
Points can only be redeemed on purchases with a value greater than £2.50 (250 points)
Points will be deducted where orders have been cancelled or refunded
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account
Maximum points earned by leaving product reviews is 400 per day
Points have no monetary value & can only be redeemed against an order
Points are not accrued on the part of an order purchased with points
Points are applied to your account when your order is dispatched
Points are added immediately following account registration & submitting a review
Points can only be used once
Points may only be earned in whole numbers
Refunds can be credited as points upon request
Points can be earned on phone orders but cannot be redeemed over the phone
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as necessary. We will give customers as much notice as possible when a change is being made. Earning or redeeming points will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions
The value of a point may be adjusted in respect of accounting errors, multiple accounts, refunds issued, products returned or suspected fraud, for which we have full authority
